About
Rosann Winn is a singer-songwriter, vocalist, guitarist, and recording artist who has spent over three decades creating, performing, and sharing music to uplift, encourage, and inspire.
🎙️ On Stage
Rosann began her professional music career in the early 1990s as one-half of the acoustic duo Take 2 in Rochester, Minnesota, playing coffeehouses, weddings, and conventions. After relocating to Fort Collins, Colorado in 1998, she established herself as a fixture of the local acoustic music scene as a solo artist.
A chance coffeehouse performance of "Summertime" launched a 20-year run as a featured lead vocalist with the Colorado Swing Big Band. Through her big band work, Rosann performed extensively across the Colorado Front Range in diverse musical configurations—ranging from the 18-piece big band to jazz duos and quartets to Dixieland combos, and in intimate solo, duo, or trio acoustic acts.
💿 Songwriting & Publishing
Through her independent record label and publishing business, Set It Free Music, Rosann has written, recorded, and released four studio albums. With new music actively in progress, her original acoustic works continue to connect with listeners through authentic themes of love, loss, faith, and hope.
✈️ Beyond the Music
Approaching nearly 30 years in Fort Collins, Rosann shares her life and home with her husband of 29 years. With two grown daughters now carving out their paths on opposite coasts and a shared family love for travel, Rosann is frequently on the move—gathering fresh songs, deep inspirations, and unique stories along the way.
